(“FCE”) which owns 100% of the shares of Odaat Oil Corp (“Odaat”)(www.odaatoil.com) which owns the Alberta oil and gas assets and a 22% interest in a non-operating disposal well in Ft. Nelson B.C. Certain of the Alberta oil and gas assets of Odaat have been evaluated by GLJ Ltd and by report dated April 29, 2024 (effective January 1, 2024), the assets were valued at $6,618,000 (before tax) and $5,026,000 (after tax) with a 10% discount rate.
As of July 31, 2024, there were 13,196,868 issued and outstanding common shares. There were no options entitling holder to purchase common shares. There are no warrants entailing holders to purchase common shares. Fully diluted there would be 13,196,868 common shares. The largest shareholder is Gregory J. Leia, President and Director. He owns 8,630,300 (65.39%) common shares. The officers and directors of WOGC collectively own 9,356,600 (71%) common shares.
