Waskahigan Oil & Gas Corp. (“WOGC”) is a Calgary-based junior oil and gas exploration company operating in Western Canada. WOGC has 3 wholly owned subsidiaries: (a) Odaat Oil Corp (“Odaat”)(www.odaatoil.com) which owns the Alberta oil and gas assets and a 22% interest in a non-operating disposal well in Ft. Nelson B.C; (b) Jadela Oil (US) Operating LLC (“Jadela US”) which had operations in Maverick County, Texas; and (c) BlocNRG Corp which has not carried on business. WOGC is a reporting issuer in the Province of Alberta and British Columbia. The continuous disclosure materials of WOGC are filed on www.sedar.com. The common shares of WOGC trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol “WOGC”. Certain of the Alberta oil and gas assets of Odaat have been evaluated by GLJ Ltd and by report dated April 7, 2022 (effective January 1, 2022), the assets were valued at $6,955,000 with a 10% discount rate.

As of July 4, 2022, there were 13,196,868 issued and outstanding common shares. There were no options entitling holder to purchase common shares. There are no warrants entailing holders to purchase common shares. Fully diluted there would be 13,196,868 common shares. The largest shareholder is Gregory J. Leia, President and Director. He owns 7,543,100 (57%) common shares. The officers and directors of WOGC collectively own 8,267,400 (62%) common shares.
